COREOPSIS tinctoria
Carefree and ever so cheerful, Coreopsis tinctoria is a dazzling sight from mid summer through to autumn, producing masses of yellow daisy flowers each with a distinctive blood red centre.
C. 'Daybreak' produces masses of red star-like flowers, each petal edged with yellow. Blooming during late summer, the flowers stand aloft on wiry stems covered in fine, feathery foliage.
'Schnittgold' has cheerful, vibrant yellow daisy flowers during the summer. It was originally developed for cut flower growers but it will equally add a splash of colour to flower beds and borders.
